Pauline Dolton is amazing, if you can get the correct time and date of your appointment. Twice the same exact thing has happened to me. I call to make my appointment. I repeat the time, date and day of the appointment to make sure that I have to correct information. Only to arrive for my appointment and be told that it was yesterday. Once in a mistake on anyone's part, mine or the office. TWICE is NOT. I do not make appointments for fun, I make them because I am in NEED. Pauline Dolton, I have 100% faith in you when I am able to actually be seen, the person scheduling your appointments, I do NOT.
